[VIRTUAL SESSION] Caregivers’ Brigade and Family Liaison Officer Information Session
October 28, 2015 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
When PTSD invades our homes, the whole family is impacted, demonstrating legitimate need for family support. The Caregivers’ Brigade website shares valuable resources that are available to anyone living with PTSD. The Caregivers’ Brigade™ is made up of spouses of ill and injured Serving Military Members and Veterans who have located resources that will benefit other families. We are consultants for Caregivers of RCMP and Military, whether serving or released. We work with existing departments and organizations for the benefit of families of the ill and injured.
This virtual open forum discussion will give you the opportunity to tour the Caregivers’ Brigade Website and to meet a Family Liaison Officer to answer your questions about services available to families affected by PTSD regadless of their posted location.
Co Hosted by:
- Paula Ramsay, military spouse, co-founder and administrator of the Caregivers’ Brigade website. Paula is the recipient of the the Liz Hoffman Memorial Commendation for her dedication to serving the military family.
- Ed Macaulay, Family Liaison Officer, MFRC PEI. Ed has a passion for military families and brings with him more than 25 years of family counselling experience.
Please register early as registration is limited to 20 participants.
