We are looking for a fun-loving student for the position of Community Engagement Assistant. Are you personable, organized, and motivated? Can you multi-task like a pro? Do you have good research and communication skills? Do you show initiative? Are you willing and able to walk 3 kilometers while wearing a fox costume on evenings and weekends? If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. This position provides a good mix of serious work in an office environment and being fun and entertaining in parades and at festivals. Parlez vous français? Parfait! Familiarity with the military lifestyle is an asset.
The position is funded by the Canada Summer Jobs program and will run from July 9th to August 26th for 30 hours per week. Evening and weekend work is required.
